Auntie Cath <3

Created by Beth one year ago

For as long as I can remember I've been spending summer holidays with the Wilkinsons, or half terms (or just any time I can really). Catherine was the first person to tell me I'm welcome there and took me in as if I was one of her own.

She always made me feel included, loved and welcomed in her home and gave me some incredible memories that I'll cherish forever.

Whether that be taking me on holiday with them to The Lakes (age 8) for rock climbing, walks and ice cream. There was a lovely little ice cream place about 60 seconds away from where we were staying and she only ever got vanilla flavour (A classic Catherine flavour!)

Or taking me with the to France when I was 13 years old and witnessing the infamous 'Beth was hit by a boat' story - which still makes many people laugh to this day.

Countless camping trips, holiday stays and trips into London.

I'm eternally grateful that she was part of my upbringing and is part of what made me who I am today. Catherine was amazingly kind, patient and generous and she's very deeply loved.

Miss you lots and lots Auntie Cath,

-Beth
